Can I make a change to my order?
Our shipping partner is very fast and orders are processed once they are received. We are unable to make any changes to order details (name, address, products, combining orders, cancellations, etc.) once an order is submitted through our shop.

Do you have any discount codes available?
Yes! We have an ongoing wedding discount program for 20% off wedding purchases. This is the biggest discount we offer, so if you are getting married, be sure to snag yours today!

SHIPPING
How much does shipping cost?
We know how important free shipping is to our customers so we worked hard to be able to offer FREE SHIPPING on domestic orders of $50 or more, and $5 flat shipping for orders under $50.
Does Snow Beauty Co. ship internationally?
We are so sorry but we do not ship internationally at this time. We hope to offer international shipping in the future. We LOVE our international friends.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically take 5-7 business days; Snow Beauty Co. is committed to providing prompt fulfillment on orders and we have partnered with Amazon Fulfillment to fulfill orders. We are very interested in your feedback on the shipping experience. Please send your comments along with your order number to hello@snowbeautyco.com. It is so important to us that your shipping experience is as good and fast as possible!
I noticed the shipping address I entered when placing my order is incorrect. What should I do?
Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes once an order is placed. If you have already received an email stating that your order has shipped you can click the tracking number in the email to see what courier was used to ship the package. Then call your local office of said courier, give them your tracking number and let them know the correct address of where you would like the package delivered.
RETURNS
What is your return policy?
All sales are final, however, should you receive a product that is damaged or not in optimal condition, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. Please email a picture of the damaged or faulty item to hello@snowbeautyco.com.

We recommend contacting your local authorities immediately. Snow Beauty Co. is not responsible for stolen packages.
